Project Overview
|
A new interceptor is the first component of the Salmon Creek Wastewater Management System's Phase 4 Expansion. A 48-inch gravity flow pipeline was installed from Salmon Creek Avenue near Betts Bridge and extends to 119th Street. The pipeline runs roughly parallel to the existing Salmon Creek Interceptor, with the exception of one area of Salmon Creek Avenue where it crosses private properties. This new pipeline increases the capability to transport wastewater from customers of Clark Regional Wastewater District (representing about 80% of current flows) and the City of Battle Ground (about 20% of current flows) to a new117th St. Pump Station at Salmon Creek Park.
