Q: Who owns and uses the system?

A: Clark County owns this system. Both the City and the District buy a percentage of the treatment capacity available. This is currently split at almost 80% for the District and a little over 20% for the City of Battle Ground. The three agencies work in partnership to ensure that the system transports and treats the wastewater to a healthy level before returning it safely to the Columbia River.
