A: Newsletter article updates will be included periodically in District and City newsletters to customers. In addition, presentations to local Neighborhood Associations are available to give area residents a Phase 4 program overview. Community forums such as open houses will provide additional public awareness and neighborhood meetings will be utilized as the construction needs are more clearly defined.
