I am paranoid of my old house cleaner tampering with my water softener, what do I do?

I keep thinking that my house cleaner has tampered with my water systems in my house such as the water softener and it is making me constantly paranoid. I am afraid of brushing my teeth, showering, and drinking water.

Don’t be paranoid! Relax and take a deep breath! If you are concerned about it, set up a hidden camera where you suspect she is tampering with the water system and wait to see. At the same time go get your water tested to be safe from a water management company or buy one a water tester at a local hardware store who should have it. If not, ask a plumbing company. Canadian Tire does sell the water test kit. Hope nothing is wrong with you water.
